I am an accomplished actor, teacher, coach, and shamanic practitioner. After graduating from RADA with a BA, I went on to work with esteemed actors such as Judi Dench, Kenneth Branagh and Paul Hilton on film, at the National Theatre and at other theatres throughout the UK. In addition to performing, I have also taught and led workshops at RADA, The BRIT School, Oxford School of Drama, GSA and abroad.

 

As well as the performing arts, I have developed a passion for shamanic practices and holistic healing. As a qualified coach and shamanic practitioner, I have a practice in Holborn where I implement coaching and shamanic principles to help people discover their own healing power and potential. (My power animal is called Sol).

 

My commitment to personal growth and cultural exchange has led me to travel the world, learning from Buddhist monks in the Himalayas to learning Te Reo and Tikanga (Maori language and traditions) in New Zealand. With my unique combination of artistic and spiritual expertise, I am dedicated to empowering others to live their best lives both on and off the stage.
